Includes: - Initial setup of your new device - Removal of pre-loaded junk - Windows updates installed - Data transfer from old device - Option to return the laptop to the welcome/setup screen ~ - Pickup and drop off device *** ~ You can choose whether I fully set up your device (name, email, etc.) or leave it at the welcome screen ready for you. Any personal info is handled in line with our Privacy Policy (see link at bottom of page).

Windows Updates & Driver Fix - $56
Includes: - Check and install available Windows Updates - Post update cleanup - Confirmation that updates are successful - Check of drivers and update as required - Testing and confirmation everything OK ~ * - Pickup and drop off device *** ~ Windows updates can take a while to complete normally, even when issues aren't present. If this is the case, I will let you know.
Virus and Malware Removal - $70
Includes: - Scan with appropriate malware software - Check to confirm issues resolved - Provide advice on specifics of issues and how to avoid in the future - Provide relevant updates during the process where relevant - Pickup and drop off device ***

Home Network/WiFi Setup - $70
Includes: - Install new hardware - Configure to your service provider - Configure WiFi (if applicable) and set password (if custom password is desired) - Test and ensure coverage adequate and make suggestions if improvements are available. Call out fee may apply. Will be advised in quote
Includes: - Setup and configure device - Provide assistance on usage or configuration - Installation of requested apps ~ - Assist with configuring subscriptions ^ ~ If applicable. This does not include configuring subscription which will incur an additional fee ^ Will incur additional fee which will be advised in quote

Personalised Tech Advice & Recomendations - $25
Tech Buying Service - $56/hr
Includes: - Researching most appropriate product based on requirements from you - Presenting you with recommendation ~ - Purchasing product ^ - Drop off to you ° ~ Obligation free to proceed with purchase. Only investigative fee will be billed. Buying service doesn't include setup cost, which will need to be included if required. ^ Proceed with purchase ocurrs only after bill has been settled, which includes cost of purchase *** ° Optional. Can ship direct to you.
Tech Assistance (1-on-1, 30 mins) - $30
Includes: - Provide comprehensive assistance required - Provide written notes via email for your reference - Provide the opportunity to ask questions free of fear of ridicule or judgement - There are no such things as stupid questions! - Billed in 30 min slots for however long you require and book - Minimum charge 30 mins
Typing Service - $56/hr
Includes: - Guarenteed confidentiality and discretion ** - Typing whatever you require at a flat rate - Provide back to you via password protected file or USB ° - Type only, this service doesn't provide advice on professional documents (legal, financial etc). - Assist with writing resume, personal emails or letters, transcription. Submit a quote for more personalised service ° USB or removable media provision will incur additional fee to cover media
