Hey, I’m Jack — the guy behind Quick 'n Easy Tech Support.
I’ve spent over a decade working in IT, helping everyday people feel less frustrated and more in control of their technology. I’ve seen it all — from stubborn printers that refuse to connect, to computers that seem downright possessed — and I genuinely love fixing the things that drive others up the wall.
But this isn’t just about tech. It’s about people.
I started this business because I know what it’s like to feel overwhelmed by things that are supposed to make life easier — and I know what it’s like when no one takes the time to explain, or worse, makes you feel stupid for asking.
Over the years, I’ve helped family, friends, neighbours, trained staff, and mentored others — not just in the technical side of things, but in how to communicate respectfully. That’s when I realised - this is my passion. Helping people. Supporting them through the tech troubles that can so easily become everyday stress. So here I am — doing my best to offer honest, reliable tech support that’s actually accessible. No jargon, no runaround, and no overcharging. Just help, when you need it.
These days, I live in regional Queensland with my wife and our little man. Life’s busy and full of learning — and I wouldn’t have it any other way. I also had a beautiful old dog who was by my side for 15 years. She’s gone now, but her memory keeps me grounded - reminding me to stay patient and embrace every moment.
This business is personal. I don’t see you as a ticket or a number — I see someone who just needs a hand. And I’m here to help, without judgement, pressure, or confusing tech-speak.
